We at PLG Merch know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 7-14 working days to deliver them to you.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select cities in India, which will be informed to you during checkout.

To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. Maximum of 10 products of a single piece will be accepted in a single order.

MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).

Gift wrapping option is available, charges of which will be ₹50 per product and should be paid during the payment of your entire order.

You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, once the order is packed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.

03. If I have to size exchange a product, who will bear the shipping charges of sending the product back to you?

In case you have to size exchange your product, you will have to send the product to us. The said shipping charges have to be borne by you and they will not be reimbursed by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped.

To cancel your order, send us your reason for cancellation along with your order no. with your registered email id to support@plgmerch.in

After the order has been shipped, you won't be able to cancel the order. The only exchange of your product will be available.

Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is the Exchange policy on Your Brand?
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the PLG MERCH pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at support@plgmerch.in within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Your Brand will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Size exchange can be done within 2 days of the date of delivery

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.

Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.

Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).

Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost with a validity of 1 Year from the date of receipt of store credit.

The cost of return shipping cost (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

01. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. You can cancel your order through your account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Your Brand and accepts. Your Brand’s decision regarding the cancellation.
02. How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit amount will be added to your Your Brand wallet, which you can use in the next 30 days on the Your Brand website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
03. Can I Size exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange with size any products that are eligible for size exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.
04. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchange subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.
05. Why my exchange is not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also email us to know more details about the product if needed.

Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on PLG Merch as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

We strive to work on always making your experience with PLG Merch a pleasant one. However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as part of your order, do not worry. We are here to help you.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on support@plgmerch.in to raise a complaint.

Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us product unboxing images/videos of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on support@plgmerch.in

Once the request is approved, we will either a request for pick up or advice you to send the product back to us at your address.

Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items should not be washed or worn.

If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the product will be reimbursed by us after we inspect the product and approve an exchange.

Once we inspect the damaged product as we receive it , we will approve an exchange after it matches all of our criteria.

We will send you a fresh product then which shall reach you within 7-14 working days.
